Richard Hao is a Bridge Engineer at Jacobs. His major project experience includes the M7-M12 Integration Project, the Warringah Freeway Upgrade and Sydney Program Alliance. He has delivered technical presentations at the 2022 Australasian Structural Engineering Conference and AusRAIL 2022. Richard graduated from UNSW in 2019 with a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) with First Class Honours and was awarded The Engineers Australia Civil and Structural Engineering Prize. Richard was named a Top 100 Future Leader by the Australian Financial Review in 2019.
Yeuk-Ho Goei is an Associate Director - Bridge Structures from AECOM Melbourne office with 20 years of experience in bridge design. He is an advanced Midas user and has analysed a lot of complex bridges of various structural forms using Midas Civil.
Dylan is a Lead Bridge Engineer with over 10 years of experience in the design and assessment of bridges and civil structures across Australia. Dylan has gained specialist technical knowledge in the modelling and analysis of pre-stressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, and steel bridges.
Arash has 18 years of experience in structural engineering, including infrastructure and bridges, Projects across Iran, Southeast Asia, Europe, APAC, and ANZ. He has PhD in Structural and Material Engineering – Bridge SHMMaster in Strut Eng/ Master in Business Strategy/ Bachelor Civil Eng.
Surla Mahesh, a Structural Engineer and IIT Roorkee graduate, brings expertise in structural dynamics and a wealth of experience in building projects. He has proven his proficiency at Midas, where for 9 months, he's provided technical support, training, and solutions to clients for products like Midas Civil and Midas Gen. Mahesh has also conducted training sessions in Australia on the analysis and design of Super T girder bridges, focusing on moving loads and construction stages.
Harsha is a Geotechnical Team Leader of Global Technical Center of Midas IT. He contributed to a wide range of global projects, including the Study of a Pile Raft Foundation under Seismic Load, Tunnel Intersection Design, Breakwater stability assessment, and Mine Waste Dump Design. He holds a master’s degree in Geotechnical Earthquake Engineering from IIT Roorkee, India.
